The City of Russellville Street Department is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all of the municipal roadways inside the city limits. The street department also responds with other emergency service providers when severe storms come through our area and cause trees or other debris to block our streets. The street department also provides other services to the citizens as needed. Employment Opportunities
The City of Russellville is accepting applications for part-time Laborers in the Russellville Street Department. Job duties include: operation of small engines such as lawnmowers and weed eaters; use of hand tools such as hammers, saws and shovels; pick up trash from right-of-ways; and perform other manual labor. Work hours are from 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Part-time employees are eligible for up-to 29 hours per week. Pay is $8.00/hour.
